Matt Conroy is the executive chef and chef-partner at Lutèce in Washington, D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood, where the menu is described as modern French, seasonal, and technique-driven. He previously led kitchens at Little Prince in New York and later moved to Washington, D.C., to helm Lutèce before co-opening Pascual on Capitol Hill with Isabel Coss and the Popal Group.
