Miao Fan

Miao Fan is the Chinese Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin, where he leads Jin House, the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant. Four Seasons says he is known for preserving tradition while embracing innovation, with a dedicated focus on ingredient research and flavour balance. A June 2025 Four Seasons appointment notice says his culinary journey began in Shanghai and later extended through Beijing, Sanya, Xiamen, and Shenzhen, and that he trained under Hong Kong master chef Ye Wen Chian for more than a decade.
