Michael Corvino is a chef and restaurant owner based in Kansas City, Missouri, and the chef/owner of Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room, which he opened in 2017 with his wife Christina. He previously worked in luxury hotel and restaurant kitchens in Chicago, including The Peninsula Chicago, where he served as chef de cuisine and chef garde manger from 2004 to 2007. He has also held roles at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, and The American Restaurant in Kansas City.
