Michaël Monnier is the head winemaker and vigneron responsible for Domaine de Autecour in Mont-sur-Rolle, in the La Côte AOC of Vaud, Switzerland. The estate has been described as a 6-hectare historic property rooted in Chasselas production, and its wines have been selected as the Vaud Council of State’s Vin d’honneur on multiple occasions.
