Michel Reybier is the founder of Michel Reybier Hospitality and owner of La Réserve Paris. His portfolio connects highly personal luxury hotels with wine estates including Château Cos d'Estournel; at La Réserve Paris he opened the palace hotel in 2015 and backed chef Jérôme Banctel's development of Le Gabriel into a three-Michelin-starred restaurant.
