Michelle Goh is the Malaysian-born chef-patron and co-owner of Mia in Bangkok, Thailand. Born in Kuching, Sarawak, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and worked in top kitchens across Australia and Singapore before leading the pastry section at Bangkok's Sühring at age 22.
