i. Biography
Michelle Goh is the Malaysian-born chef-patron and co-owner of Mia in Bangkok, Thailand. Born in Kuching, Sarawak, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and worked in top kitchens across Australia and Singapore before leading the pastry section at Bangkok's two-Michelin-starred Sühring at age 22. With Mia receiving a Michelin star, Goh became the youngest female Malaysian chef and the first Sarawakian chef to earn a Michelin star.
