Pongcharn "Top" Russell is the Chef-Patron and Managing Partner of Mia Bangkok, a one-MICHELIN-starred modern European restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. Raised in Phuket and educated in the United Kingdom, he honed his culinary craft under celebrated chefs such as Alexis Gauthier, Jun Tanaka, Pierre Gagnaire, and Jason Atherton. In 2019, he co-founded Mia alongside pastry chef Michelle Goh, becoming recognized as the first Thai chef to earn a Michelin star for Western cooking in Thailand.
