The Climb
Winemaking in California wine country runs through Fresno State, then through cellar and vineyard-side work at Demetria in Los Olivos and Martian Ranch. Mike Roth held winemaking roles at both, leaving Martian Ranch in 2014 and building the technical base that would carry into later projects.
Today
Since 2014, Mike Roth has co-founded and made wine at Lo-Fi Wines, while also serving as winemaker at Coquelicot Estate Vineyard. The work sits in the same practical lane: site-driven California wine made through a small number of named roles, not a long list of moving parts.
