Mikko Mykkänen is the co-founder, CEO, and master distiller of The Helsinki Distilling Company in Helsinki, which was founded in 2013 and became the first private distillery to open in Helsinki in over a century. He is cEO / Master Distiller, and he is trained in distilling through Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, while Finnish. He is an distiller whose products have earned international medals and whose work helped revitalize Helsinki’s distilling tradition.
