Founder of Ànima Negra in Felanitx, Spain, Miquel Àngel Cerdá built his work around Mallorcan wine rather than inherited winery lineage. “The project began in 1994 and it was out of a love of wine; it was not because we came from families or anything, we simply liked wine.”
