Missy Robbins is the chef-owner of Lilia and Misi in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and the co-founder of MISIPASTA, an Italian pasta and specialty foods brand. She opened Lilia in 2016 and Misi in 2018; both restaurants are part of her Grovehouse hospitality portfolio and Lilia is described on the restaurant’s official site as her home base alongside Misi. Robbins previously spent five years as executive chef of Michelin-starred A Voce after five years as executive chef of Spiaggia and Café Spiaggia in Chicago.
