Moe Aljaff is a bartender and co-founder of Schmuck, the East Village cocktail bar in New York City opened in early 2025 with Juliette Larrouy. Sources describe him as an original founder of Barcelona’s Two Schmucks, and he later brought the Schmuck concept to Manhattan as a new U.S. venue.
