Juliette Larrouy

Juliette Larrouy is a French bartender and hospitality professional who is a co-founder and co-owner of schmuck. in New York’s East Village, which opened in January 2025. Prior to New York, she worked at Paris bar Le Syndicat, became beverage director at Two Schmucks in Barcelona, and later helped launch Schmuck in the United States alongside Moe Aljaff.
