Moustafa El Refaey is the executive chef, co-founder, and partner of Zooba, the Egyptian street-food restaurant brand that opened its first branch in Zamalek, Cairo in 2012. He is a U.S.-trained chef who found his for cooking through his grandmother in Tanta, Egypt, and later returned to Egypt after culinary training and work in the United States.
