i. Biography
Nakul Bhonsle is a Goa-based craft beer entrepreneur and the founder of Great State Aleworks, a brewery whose beers are featured at Boilermaker in Siolim, Goa. He co-founded Boilermaker in 2024 with Pankaj Balachandran; the bar has been described as a collaboration between craft beer and mixology and was ranked No. 30 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025.
