Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, also known as Patrick, is the head bartender at The Hudson Rooms at Capella Hanoi in Hanoi, Vietnam. Public reporting also places him in the center of The Hudson Rooms and Track 61’s cocktail program, where he focuses on mentorship and modern Vietnamese-inspired drinks.
