Sean Halse is the beverage manager at Capella Hanoi in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he oversees the hotel’s beverage program and is publicly associated with The Hudson Rooms and Track 61. The Hudson Rooms appeared in Asia’s 50 Best Bars rankings during his tenure, including a 2024 ranking at No. 81 and a 2026 ranking at No. 46.
