i. Biography
Nick Heileman is the Sommelier + General Manager at Bosq in Aspen, Colorado, where he also oversees the beverage and wine program. He was born in Japan and raised in Seattle. His hospitality career began with roles ranging from dishwashing to bartending before he earned a sommelier certification and held positions with restaurant groups including Hillstone. In 2025, Michelin named him the Colorado Sommelier of the Year for Bosq’s wine program.
