Nico de Soto is a French bartender, mixologist, and bar owner known for opening Danico in Paris in 2016 inside Daroco and for his New York bar Mace, opened in 2015. Official and industry sources identify Danico as his bar in Paris and describe him as the owner/proprietor tied to that venue. He is also described in interviews and features as a globe-trotting bartender and consultant with projects across Paris, New York, and Miami.
