    Nicolás Tapia is the chef and owner behind Yum Cha in Providencia, Santiago, a restaurant centered on tea, seafood, and Asian-inspired tasting menus. He is a Chilean chef from Santiago who developed the concept after traveling through China’s tea regions and opened Yum Cha as his first solo project in Providencia.
