Nikos Bakoulis

Nikos Bakoulis is an Athens bartender and co-founder of The Clumsies and Line. He opened Line in 2022 with Vasilis Kyritsis and Dimitris Dafopoulos, bringing the hospitality experience of The Clumsies to a fermentation-focused project that produces fruit wines, beer, bread and cocktails through a circular, low-waste system. In June 2026, Europe's 50 Best Bars named Line the Best Bar in Europe and the Best Bar in Greece.
