Nikos Bakoulis

Nikos Bakoulis is an Athens-based bartender and co-founder of The Clumsies, the award-winning bar in central Athens, and Line in Kato Petralona, a sustainability-focused cocktail bar launched with Vasilis Kyritsis and Dimitris Dafopoulos. He was named Bartender of the Year at World Class Greece in 2011 and has been publicly associated with The Clumsies’ bottled cocktail projects and Otto’s Athens Vermouth. Line’s concept is centered on fermentation, house-made bread, beer, fruit wines, and low-waste cocktail production.
