Vasilis Kyritsis is a Greek bartender and co-founder of The Clumsies in Athens, one of the city’s best-known cocktail bars. He later co-founded Line in Kato Petralona, Athens, a fermentation-focused bar opened in 2022 with Nikos Bakoulis and Dimitris Dafopoulos of Three Cents. Line won Best New International Cocktail Bar at the 2023 Spirited Awards and entered the World’s 50 Best Bars list, reaching No. 8 by 2025.
