    Dimitris Dafopoulos is an Athens beverage entrepreneur and co-founder of Line and Three Cents Artisanal Beverages. He joined Vasilis Kyritsis and Nikos Bakoulis to open Line in 2022, applying a production-minded approach to fruit wines, beer, bread, ferments and cocktails. Europe's 50 Best Bars named Line the Best Bar in Europe and the Best Bar in Greece in 2026.
