Nil Dulcet

Nil Dulcet Padrós is the chef, director, and co-owner of Compartir Barcelona in Barcelona, where he was brought in to lead the project with Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casañas. He is also linked to Compartir Cadaqués through earlier kitchen work there, and Spanish reporting says he later became the first head chef at Disfrutar Barcelona before returning to launch Compartir Barcelona in 2022. He was born in Terrassa in 1989 and received the 2023 Premi Nacional de Gastronomia / Premi Revelació from the Acadèmia Catalana de Gastronomia i Nutrició for his work at Compartir Barcelona.
