Noemia d’Amico is a co-founder of the Paolo e Noemia d’Amico winery in Castiglione in Teverina, in the border zone between Umbria and Lazio, where she and Paolo d’Amico began building the estate in 1985 after a Burgundy trip inspired their move into wine. She is described in winery and interview sources as having changed careers from psychology and fashion to wine production, and the estate has developed an portfolio of organic labels.
