Oldřich Sahajdák is a Czech chef, restaurateur, and co-owner of La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2012, he led the restaurant to earn a Michelin star, making it one of the first establishments dedicated to traditional Czech cuisine to achieve this honor. Partnering with the Ambiente hospitality group since 2006, he has played a pivotal role in pioneering modern Bohemian fine dining reconstructed from 19th-century Czech recipes.
