Oliver Peña

Òliver Peña is a Barcelona-based chef associated with Mineral, the contemporary Catalan restaurant he opened with sommelier Cristina Losada in the Eixample near Mercat del Ninot in 2026. Before Mineral, he worked at Teatro Kitchen Bar, where he earned the restaurant’s Michelin star, and he has also been identified as a consulting chef at Can Bo in Barcelona’s Grand Hotel Central.
