Pablo Sánchez is the head chef and co-proprietor of Los Marinos José, a seafood restaurant in Fuengirola on Spain's Costa del Sol. Raised in a multi-generational seafaring family, he learned the craft alongside his mother Ana López and developed an ingredient-focused culinary philosophy centered around the daily catch from local fish auctions. Under his kitchen leadership alongside his brother José in the dining room, the restaurant has earned two Repsol Suns and top European rankings.
