Paul Hobbs is a California winemaker and the founder of Paul Hobbs Winery, established in Sebastopol in 1991. He is also a founding partner and winemaker at Viña Cobos in Mendoza, Argentina, where he has worked since 1988 to explore terroirs in Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco.
