i. Biography
Pavel Sochor is the bar director at Alma in Prague and also works with the KRO hospitality group, where he oversees bars and cocktail programs. He has worked in the bar industry for more than ten years and helped Alma’s bar reach the 50 Best Discovery selection, the only Czech entry in that year’s update.
