i. Biography
Petr Žídek is the chef behind Alma’s open kitchen in Prague. He is the chef leading the restaurant. Alma’s heart beats in its open kitchen. He is head chef of Alma Prague, and says he has worked in Prague kitchens and completed stages in London restaurants before helping build Alma’s culinary concept.
