i. Biography
Burgundy-born Julien Martin is Executive Chef of Les Sources de Vougeot and Head Chef of its gastronomic restaurant, Le Clos de la Tour. He trained with two-Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Masse at Les Sources de Caudalie and also worked at Les Sources de Cheverny before returning to Burgundy. At Vougeot he leads a contemporary, generous cuisine grounded in Burgundian produce and seasonality across the property's restaurant program.
