i. Biography
Pavle Milic is the co-owner and beverage director at FnB Restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he helped establish one of the earliest all-Arizona wine programs and continues to champion Arizona winemakers. He is also associated with Los Milics, his boutique wine label and winery project in southern Arizona.
