Pedro Ruiz Aragoneses leads Pago de Carraovejas and the wider Alma Carraovejas group, whose wine, gastronomy and hospitality projects include Pago de Carraovejas, Ossian, several other Spanish estates and Michelin-starred Ambivium. He took over direction of the family winery in 2007.
