Pierre-Antonin Darviot is the winemaker and current head of Domaine Darviot-Perrin in Monthélie, Burgundy, where he took over the estate from his father after a career in the French diplomatic service. Sources consistently is the next-generation leader of the family domaine and note that he has guided it toward biodynamic farming and later organic certification.
