Pierre-Henry Lecompte is a French pastry chef and co-founder associated with Quelque Part in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, where he works alongside Florian Barbarot on the group’s restaurants and pâtisserie concepts. He is chef pâtissier and co-fondateur, and he joined Barbarot in 2022 to build the Quelque Part group.
