Priscila Fernández

Priscila Fernández is a winemaker at VIK in Chile's Millahue Valley and a member of the team working under Chief Winemaker Cristián Vallejo. VIK's account of its inaugural 2023 Wine LAB names Fernández among the national and international jury that evaluated blends made by 26 university students studying agronomy and enology. The program brought emerging winemakers into VIK's cellar to work with grape varieties, ageing vessels, and the estate's Barroir technique before two rounds of blind evaluation. Her participation connects VIK's day-to-day winemaking work with the estate's effort to develop new Chilean wine talent.
