Maison Pierre Paillard in Bouzy is run by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard, the eighth generation of winegrowers. The house says that since 2016 they have worked to define the Antoine et Quentin Paillard spirit. La Fête du Champagne 2026 names both for the 16 October New York masterclass.
