i. Biography
Rakshay Dhariwal is a Delhi-based hospitality entrepreneur and the founder and managing director of Pass Code Hospitality, the group behind PCO, Ping’s Café Orient, Jamun, SAZ, and other restaurant and bar concepts in India. He launched India’s first speakeasy-style cocktail bar, PCO, in 2012, and later co-founded the Indian agave spirit brand Maya Pistola Agavepura with his sister Radhika Dhariwal. Public profiles also describe him as overseeing a portfolio spanning restaurants, events, boutique hotels, and craft spirits.
