i. Biography
Rebecca Kean joined InchDairnie Distillery in August 2024 as Assistant Distillery Manager. She has a master’s degree in engineering and that her previous role at Falkirk Distillery brought relevant production knowledge to the distillery’s stillhouse expansion and 2024 distillation campaigns. A 2024 interview for OurWhisky Foundation adds that she is responsible for monitoring production efficiency, planning process changes, and working on sustainability-focused distillery development projects.
