Rémi Genot is the chef at Auprès du Clocher in Pommard, Burgundy. The restaurant was relaunched in 2024 under Rémi Genot and Anna, and the Michelin Guide later described him as a young chef returning to his roots in the famous wine-growing village. In 2026, the restaurant received its first Michelin star.
