Rikkū O’Donnchu is a chef associated with Rikū’s Counter in Woodstock, Cape Town. He is the chef behind the restaurant’s ScandinAsian tasting-menu concept. He is a chef with prior leadership roles in the UK, South Africa, and the United States, including Amorette in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Gåte at Quoin Rock in Stellenbosch.
