i. Biography
Robert Evans is the co-founder and owner of The Hope Farm in Fairhope, Alabama, which he launched with his son Bentley Evans in 2020 as an urban farm and wine bar that later expanded into a larger dining and event concept. He is also a partner in Little Bird in Fairhope, a venture tied to Deep Roots Restaurant Group and publicly linked to the Evans family as co-owners of The Hope Farm. Sources also is a wine aficionado whose for wine helped shape The Hope Farm’s concept and expansion.
