Rodrigo Rivera-Río Zambrano is a Mexican chef and co-founder of KOLI Cocina de Origen in Monterrey, created in 2015 with his brothers Daniel and Patricio to showcase the cuisine, culture, and traditions of northeastern Mexico. KOLI is currently listed as a Michelin-starred restaurant.
