i. Biography
Ryota Tokumitsu is the Head Bartender at The SG Club in Shibuya, Tokyo, where he oversees cocktail quality control, new menu development, team training, and guest-bartending representation abroad. He joined SG Group in 2021 after working as a bar manager in Osaka, and he was promoted to Head Bartender of The SG Club in 2024. He is the bartender behind Sip, the basement bar at The SG Club known for spirit-forward cocktails and Japanese ingredients.
