Sam DeLucia is the general manager of Cure in New Orleans. He leads day-to-day hospitality at the Freret Street cocktail institution and collaborates with founder Neal Bodenheimer, lead bartender Liz Kelley and the wider bar team on a seasonal drinks programme rooted in clean, balanced expressions of the Southern palate.
