Liz Kelley is the lead bartender at Cure in New Orleans. She works with founder Neal Bodenheimer, general manager Sam DeLucia and the bar team on its rotating seasonal list of bright, balanced Southern cocktails. Her current creations include Fun Fact, a drink built around toasted pink peppercorns, vanilla and soursop.
