Sam Ross is an Australian bartender and co-owner of Attaboy in New York City, which he opened with Michael McIlroy in the former Milk & Honey space on Eldridge Street. He is widely associated with modern classic cocktails including the Penicillin, created while he was working at Milk & Honey, and the Paper Plane.
