i. Biography
Samuel Kwok is a Hong Kong bartender and co-founder of The Opposites in Central, Hong Kong, a cocktail bar founded with Antonio Lai on Hollywood Road. He was previously the bar manager at Quinary and won the Diageo World Class Hong Kong & Macau championship in 2017. The Opposites opened in July 2024 and presents paired cocktails that reflect the founders’ contrasting mixology styles.
