The Trajectory
Competitive discipline moved across fields in 2000, when Sasa Sestic played handball for the Australian National Team before building his trade around coffee. The operating base became ONA Coffee, founded with Sestic as director, followed by Project Origin, a venture tied to sourcing standards and work at origin.
Today
Coffee quality is treated here as farm-led work before it becomes roasting, brewing, or service. Sasa Sestic is the Founder and Director of ONA Coffee, and also leads Project Origin and Nucleus Coffee Tools.
